Returns & Exchanges
1.No returns or exchanges after shipment.
2.We can exchange items before they are shipped.
3.Orders can be canceled within 2 days after purchase.
Shipping Issues
1.If your package is damaged during shipping, contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos. We will file a claim with the carrier.
2.If tracking says “delivered” but you haven’t received it, wait 24-48 hours. If it still doesn’t arrive, contact us for help.
Processing Times
1.Most items take a few business days to process before shipping.
2.“PRE-ORDER” items take 3-6 weeks to process.
Check Your Order
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if the item is not working properly, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Important Notes
1.You pay for return shipping. The cost will be taken out of your refund.
2.For returns over $75, we suggest using tracked shipping and buying insurance.
3.If a package is refused, it will be returned to sender at their cost.
